1. Commission Structure and Payouts
We value our partners and offer a clear, rewarding commission structure:

| Minimum Payout Threshold | A minimum balance of $50 USD must be reached before a payout can be requested or processed. |
| Payment Schedule | Payouts are processed monthly, typically between the 1st and 15th of the following month, after the commission enters the Cleared Status (see Section 3). |
2. Tracking and Cookie Policy
We value our partners and offer a clear, rewarding commission structure:
Cookie Duration: We utilize a 60-day cookie window. This means if a customer clicks your affiliate link, you will receive commission for any purchase they make within 60 days, even if they leave and return to Spodly.com directly later.
Last Click Attribution: Our system operates on a “Last Click” model. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links from different partners, the commission is credited to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently.
Tracking Technology: All referrals are tracked using unique, encrypted URL parameters specific to your Affiliate ID.
3. Commission Approval and Void Status
Commissions are subject to a clearance period to account for refunds and chargebacks.
Pending Status: All sales enter a “Pending” status immediately after purchase.
Clearance Period: Commissions move from “Pending” to “Approved/Cleared” status after a 30-day clearance window. This period aligns with our standard product refund policy.
Voided Commissions: Commissions will be voided (cancelled) if:
The transaction is subsequently refunded or charged back.
The purchase is flagged as fraudulent by our payment processor.
The purchase was made by the Affiliate Partner for their own use (Self-Referral).
4. Prohibited Activities and Terms of Service (TOS)
To maintain fairness and protect the Spodly.com brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination:
Self-Referral: You may not purchase products for yourself through your own affiliate links to gain commission.
Misleading Advertising: Creating dishonest, misleading, or predatory advertising that misrepresents Spodly.com or our products.
Spamming: Utilizing any form of unsolicited email, instant messaging, or forced redirection methods.
Trademark Infringement: Using Spodly.com trademarks, logos, or brand name in paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) unless explicitly authorized.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in any promotion activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. Affiliate Partner Resources and Tools
Upon approval, you will gain access to your dedicated Affiliate Dashboard where you can:
Generate Links: Easily create unique referral links to specific products or category pages.
Monitor Performance: Access real-time statistics on clicks, conversions, pending, and paid commissions.
Access Creatives: Download approved banners, logos, and promotional graphics suitable for various platforms.
6. Disclaimer and Indemnification
Spodly.com reserves the right to review and modify the Affiliate Program terms, commission structure, and payment schedule at any time. We will notify partners of significant changes via the email address associated with their account. The Affiliate Partner is solely responsible for all tax liabilities associated with the commission income earned through the program.
